Amy Kathryn L. Fitzsimmons, LCSW
There is something truly life-giving about authenticity, connectedness, and the pursuit of wellness. Amy Kathryn believes in the value of offering a safe place designed to hear real stories from real people - with the desire to meet them where they are in their life journey. She believes the therapeutic relationship profoundly impacts the heart, the mind, & the soul. Therapy is a process that embodies the discovery of unmet needs, deeper longings, and the healing of underlying wounds. The journey towards wholeness starts with a willingness to lean into the discomfort. Amy Kathryn values the space God designs to listen and offer counsel. and embraces the dynamic reality of suffering and need to process through pain. With sensitivity and respect, she also integrates the role of faith into the therapeutic process. She recognizes the value of truth and prayer within healing and seeks to bring hope to the hurting.
