Adriana Willey, LPC

“Intimacy is the home of differentiation” - John O’Donohue.

Every person has a need for authenticity (to remain connected to themselves) and belonging (connection with others). Many learn to sacrifice one for the other, yet are left with a sense of frustration, anxiety, loneliness, and an ache for more.I help people learn to deepen and hold onto themselves while expanding into fulfilling connection with others.

Relationships are the focus of my work, beginning with the working relationship between myself and the client. The heart of my work is befriending the shy, complex, wounded and undiscovered parts of others, helping them to do the same with themselves.

My areas of speciality are adoption, postpartum, adolescence, parent coaching, life transitions, identity discovery, Christian spirituality, depression, and anxiety.

I earned an undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute in Bible and Theology. I hold a master's degree from Trinity International University in Mental Health Counseling. My primary area of study is in attachment theory. My continuing education is in developmental, somatic, and systems theories. I offer a free 45-minute consultation to see if we fit.
